NEW DELHI: Govt on Sunday named senior Indian Revenue Service official L Satya Srinivas India’s executive director to the Asian Development Bank, ending the stranglehold IAS officers and economists had on the job. Srinivas, currently special secretary in the commerce department, is India’s chief negotiator for e trade deal with EU and led talks for FTAs with the UK and EFTA earlier.
