NEW DELHI: In a bizarre incident, authorities in Bihar’s Rohtas district are investigating how “Cat Kumar,” son of “Catty Boss” and “Catiya Devi,” applied for a residential certificate. Sharing the details, officials said that the application has been made to seek a residential certificate listing the applicant as “Cat Kumar,” with “Catty Boss” as the father’s name and “Catiya Devi” as the mother’s name.
The application, complete with a photograph of the canine, was filed on July 29. After discovering the shocking applications, district magistrate Udita Singh directed Nasriganj revenue officer Kaushal Patel to look into the matter.
