In terms of design, the overall silhouette will remain the same. However, it will get an extensive design overhaul at the front and rear sections of the SUV. It is expected to get a redesigned front bumper along with a new grille, with similar revisions likely at the rear. However, connected tail lamps – a feature increasingly seen across new models are not expected to be part of the update. Other exterior highlights will include a newly designed 16-inch alloy wheels, integrated spoiler, sleek LED headlamps with DRLs, roof rails and more.

Moving inside, the overall interior layout will remain the same, but it will get minor tweaks such as a redesigned console, new upholstery and more. The spy images also suggest that the facelifted model will feature a larger touchscreen infotainment system. Other expected features include a wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, connected car tech, wireless charging, a premium sound system, connected car tech, heads-up display, cruise control, automatic climate control, ambient lighting, single pane electric sunroof, ventilated front seats and more.Mechanically, the Brezza is expected to get minor suspension tuning for better comfort and handling. Recently a spy shot revealed the new Brezza with a 6-speed manual gearbox. That said, this doesn’t mean a brand-new engine is on the way, like a turbo-petrol. The extra gear is more likely meant to improve ratios, making highway driving easier and possibly boosting fuel efficiency as well. At the same time, the SUV could also receive the 1.0-litre, three-cylinder Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine currently offered in the Fronx. However, there has been no official confirmation so far.The facelift is expected to continue with the same 1.5-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine with 103 PS power and 137 Nm torque. Apart from the expected 6-speed manual, the 6-speed torque converter automatic is expected to continue. The CNG variants of Brezza is also is also expected to get an underbody CNG tank as seen in the Victoris.
