Tata Motors has launched the updated Tata Punch EV, marking its first major facelift since its introduction. The refreshed model features design updates, revised battery options, and an expanded feature list. It is offered with two battery packs: a 30 kWh unit for lower variants and a 40 kWh LFP battery for higher trims. Fast charging enables a 20–80 percent charge in about 26 minutes, while a 15-minute charge can add around 135 km of range. Introductory ex-showroom prices start at Rs 9.69 lakh. The model is also available with a Battery-as-a-Service option, where the vehicle price begins at Rs 6.49 lakh with a battery usage charge of Rs 2.6 per kilometre.

TATA Motors Punch EV facelift refreshed model brings design updates at the front, including the full-width LED light bar, with newly designed aero alloy wheels and colour variants available. The three variants consist of hill descent control, cruise control, hyper-style steel wheels, 360 degree surround view camera, 2 drive models, multi-mode regenerative braking, and other features combining the three variants: Smart, Adventure, and Empowered.Additional features include:

Punch EV battery options: Lifetime HV Battery Warranty
The Punch EV comes with a 40 kWh battery pack with a Lifetime HV Battery Warranty exclusively applicable. It has a faster charging from 20% to 80% in approximately 26 minutes. With 15 minute charge can add up to 135 km of range. TATA’s new Punch comes with six airbags, ESP, and other essential features.

TATA Punch SUV EV: Pricing and BaaS ownership options
- The Punch EV introductory ex-showroom prices start at Rs 9.69 lakh for the Smart MR variant.
- The Smart+ MR is priced at Rs 10.89 lakh with 40kWh and Rs 10.29 lakh with 30 kWh.
- The Adventure LR variant is available at Rs 11.59 lakh with 40kWh.
- The Empowered ex-showroom price with 40 kWh at Rs. 12.29 lakh
- The Empowered +S priced at Rs 12.59 lakh with 40 kWh.
An alternative Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model is also offered to reduce upfront costs. Under this scheme, the vehicle price starts at Rs 6.49 lakh as the battery cost is separated.
