This could be a private vehicle, a commercial one, or a two-wheeler.The portal will then show the current series of registration numbers available. You can browse through them and check what’s open. If the number you want is already taken, you’ll have to wait. A new series usually opens after a few days. The timeline can vary depending on the RTO you select.

Once you finalise your preferred number, you can move to the payment page. Multiple payment options are available. After completing the payment, a receipt is generated online.
