Tata Trusts vice-chairman Vijay Singh has said that he did not attend the board meeting of Tata Sons on Friday (Sept 12) as he had resigned a day before. He said that he had merely gone to meet other directors “for the usual courtesies” before the meeting started and then left the room. Singh was a nominee director of Tata Trusts on the Tata Sons board. TNN
